Audi launches the all-new Q7 in India at Rs 72 lakh

Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, has launched the all-new Audi Q7 in India that comes with powerful 45 TDI (3.0 TDI) engine which churns out 249 hp (183 kW) of power and 600 Nm of torque. The Audi Q7 range starts from Rs 72,00,000 and the top- end variant is priced at Rs 77,50,000 (ex-showroom Mumbai and New Delhi).

In term of efficiency with fuel consumption figures, the company claims that, "The all-new Audi Q7 sets new standards that are best in class - 14.75 kmpl."

Joe King, head, Audi India, said, "The all-new chassis made up of multi-material body provides excellent comfort while its eight-speed tiptronic transmission, allows drivability that is both agile and comfortable."

As far as weight is concerned, the company reveals that the all-new Audi Q7 is substantially lighter than the previous generation Q7 with a weight saving equivalent to a grand piano - it's shed a staggering 325 kg.

The exterior of this car showcases a sculpturally moulded Singleframe grille with a solid frame. Besides, it comes fitted with the Matrix LED headlights that feature striking double-arrow graphics. The tailgate extending around the D-pillars have inlay strips placed at the bottom of the doors with quattro embossing. Moving on to the interior, Audi Q7 has a total luggage space of 1,955 liters that can be obtained by folding the second row seats.

Besides this, it has a virtual cockpit, MMI navigation plus, Bose 3D sound system, auto park assist and 360 degree surround camera with birds eye view, four-zone climate control, four spoke steering wheel, quattro, and Audi Drive Select that provides comfort, auto, dynamic, individual and off-road as standard modes.
