When Motorola was busy slashing the prices of its smartphones on Flipkart, we busy waiting for a new announcement from the company’s stable. And it seems our wait is now about to end. Not that the company has launched a new product, but it sure has made its plans of bringing Moto X Force, its shatter-proof phone to India. Motorola India’s twitter posts and pictures have spilled all the beans. While the cover photo has, “Moto X Force Coming soon” written on it, right below it is the post that introduces people to the shatter-proof device via a video.

When we checked out the Motorola Mobility’s global twitter page, we came across two drop test videos, which got us all the more interested in the device. If this device really stands to the tests as shown in the videos below, it sure would be a blessing in disguise for people who drop their phone often.

Besides, being shatterproof, Moto X Force also has an impressive spec sheet to boast off too. You get a 5.4-inch QHD display, which is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz and 3GB RAM.

This international variant of Droid Turbo 2 will come in 32GB and 64GB storage variants; you can of course expand the memory via a microSD card slot. For imaging it will have a 21MP camera on the back and a 5MP one on the front. It should come running on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop version and should be priced anything between Rs 48-51k.
