With Xiaomi redmi Note 4X being tipped online few weeks back, new renders of the Redmi Note 5 have emerged online. Spotted at the US FCC certification website, the leak also reveals some crucial features and specifications of the phone. More so, the leak also points at the expected pricing of the phone.

Leaked specs of the phone suggest that Redmi Note 5 would feature a 5.5 inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Galss 4 and might power on 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core SoC or a 2.1GHz MediaTek Helio x25 deca-core processor, paired with 4GB RAM, along with 32GB and 64GB storage and expandable storage to 128GB using microSD slot.

Going on with the camera sensors, the handset might rock a 16 Megapixel camera at the back, whereas on the front would be the 8 Megapixel sensor. To run the phone, Redmi Note 5 might use a 4000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0. There are other reports that suggest, Xiaomi might price the Redmi Note 5 starting at $191 (Rs. 13,000 approx.).

For connectivity, it is expected to get GPS, VoLTE, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port and Wi-Fi 802.11n. The phone might come with Android v7.1 Nougat operating system skinned with the latest MIUI. The phone might come available in colour options of Black, Silver and Gold.
