A report by Android Authority tips us at leaked CAD renders of what the smartphone would look like. The renders were the shared by the famous leakster @OLeaksOn first impressions, the device is very reminiscent to the recently unveiled Moto M.
The device gets an all-aluminium unibody design. The renders show a device in light gold, and a round camera bump at the back. The device has also not killed the headphone jack in this smartphone as the renders revealed a bottom placed 3.5mm headphone jack besides the USB Type-C port.
According to previous leaks, the device will feature a 5.2-inch display. The dimensions of the smartphone are 150mm x 73.8mm x 8.4mm. The fingerprint sensor sits below the display.
There are no connectors at the back of the smartphone, which tells us that the device won’t be supported with the existing Moto Mods. Moto Z and Z Play are the only smartphones supporting the Moto Mods.
There are no hints for the hardware specifications of the device as of now, however, considering that the device will fall under mid-range price category, the device can be expected to feature at least a full-HD panel with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.1920x1080 pixels.
Under the hood, we can expect the device to be rocking a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. Powering the device could be a 3000mAh battery.
