Massive Google Pixel leak, take a look at everything Mountain View will announce on October 4
Google is all set to announce new hardware in the Pixel line-up on October 4, but even before we could get to the teasers, there has been a massive Google Pixel leak detailing the search giant's new hardware. The Mountain View based company is gearing up to launch new Pixel smartphones, a new Pixelbook and a smaller version of Google Home called the Google Home mini.

Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL leaked
Starting off with the new Pixel smartphones from Google, the leaks confirm a lot of rumoured specifications and renders, leaving nothing to imagination. According to the leak, the Pixel 2 will be made by HTC and will come with a squeezable feature, just like what we have seen on the HTC U11.

The Pixel 2 will be the smaller Pixel smartphone, expected to come with a 5-inch display. It will be powered by the latest flagship chipset from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 835. A 12MP rear camera will be handling the imaging duties, and IP68 certification means you'll get water and dust resistance as well. The Pixel 2 will be priced similar to last year's Pixel, with the 64GB variant priced at $649 and the 128GB storage variant priced at $749.

The bigger Pixel smartphone is being called the Pixel 2 XL and will be made by LG. It will feature a massive 6-inch OLED display, like what we have seen on the LG V30. While the leak does not reveal the front of the Pixel 2 XL, some reports suggest that it will feature a design that's similar to the V30's. Expect minimal bezels.

The Pixel 2 XL will be available in two colours, Black & White and Just Black. The Black & White colour variant comes with the top part being coloured black and the rest of the device is white. Coming to its pricing, the 64GB variant will be available for $849 and the 128GB storage variant will be priced at $949.

Introducing the new Pixelbook
Google is rebranding its premium line of Chromebooks, with leaks suggesting that Mountain View is preparing to launch the Pixelbook. Taking on Microsoft's Surface line-up and Apple's MacBooks, the new Pixelbook is expected to start at a price of $1199. Apparently, it will also come with a Stylus, aimed squarely at Microsoft's Surface hybrids.

According to the leaks, the Pixelbook will be available in three storage capacities - 128GB, 256GB and 512GB, with the prices going up to $1749, making the Pixelbook the priciest Chromebook so far. It is reported to come in one colour only - silver. What's strange is that despite its high price, the Pixelbook won't ship with its stylus and users will have to purchase the Pixelbook Pen for an additional $99.
It'll be interesting to see how the Pixelbook will compete with the Chromebooks that are available for almost half the price and the Apple's MacBook that is priced similarly.

Google Home Mini, a cheaper and smaller Google Home
Mountain View is also going to launch a cheaper and smaller version of the Google Home. Appropriately branded as 'Mini', this new speaker-cum-smart assistant will come in three colors - Chalk, Charcoal and Coral. Google Home Mini has been priced at $49, firmly pitting it against the Amazon Echo Dot.

It will allow you to set reminders, get news, manage your schedule and perform other tasks similar to the Google Home. The pocket friendly version of Google Home will come with four white LEDs on top that will light up in response to your commands.
