Smartphone manufacturers are scheduling the launch of their flagship smartphones during Diwali. The festive season in India has always recorded the highest number of sales of electronic gadgets.


The leading smartphone makers are launching a new line of phones later this month. Companies like Motorola, HMD have announced the launch of Moto X4 and Nokia 8. Google has announced Pixel 2 series while Huawei is testing its brand new phones. Today we have listed top 5 smartphones that will be launched in India this month.


1. Moto X4


Lenovo-Motorola has announced the launch of Moto X4 on October 4 in India. The device focuses a lot on camera hardware. The primary camera is a dual camera setup, one with a 12MP dual autofocus Pixel sensor coupled with 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor. The camera is supported by equally advanced software features like Color Correlated Temperature (CCT) dual LED flash, Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF) and a special Landmark Detection application. 


2. Google Pixel 2 Series


Google's all-new 2017-series of flagship Pixel 2 series is supposed to be launched during Diwali in India. Google Pixel 2 series is launched with a better camera, bigger memory, and high storage options. Pixel 2 comes with 4.97-inch full HD display while Pixel 2 XL will sport 5.99-inch QHD display. The company has integrated HTC U11's Edge Sense inspired 'Active Edge' feature on the frame of the device. 


3. Nokia 8


The highlight of the Nokia 8 is its camera hardware. The device sports dual camera, one with a 13MP sensor and OIS, another 13MP (mono) sensor. The camera on the device is supported by highly advanced software features. The company has integrated in-built dual-tone flash for good quality images in low-light conditions. The company has introduced an interesting feature called Bothie. The feature lets you record videos and takes photos simultaneously from rear and front cameras. 


4. Xiaomi Mi Max 2


The upcoming smartphone by Xiaomi will feature 5.99-inch full HD display with 18:9 ratio. Mi Max 2 will be powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with a massive 6GB RAM and 3400mAh battery. The smartphone houses a 12MP Sony IMX386 snapper on the rear and 5MP lens on the front with facial recognition feature. 


5. Huawei Honor 7X


Honor has published a teaser on social media announcing Honor 7X. The company has introduced a structural design for the back of the device. The smartphone will come with 5.93-inch full HD display, dual camera (12MP+20MP) on the back, an 8MP lens on the front. The device is powered by 2.36GHz HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core processor with 3GB/4GB RAM options. Honor 7X will be launched in India on October 5.
